The Ghanaian parliament has experience another serious violence yesterday, 21st December 2021 over E levy implementation.
The Parliamentarians were caught on camera shamefully exchanging blows because of misunderstanding cornering the implementation of Electronic transfer levy known as E-levy.
Members of parliament are divided to two different sections, the Majority and Minority group. The Majority accepts the implementation of the budget whiles the Minority oppose it, as a result, there is always quarrels between them.
Joseph Osei Owusu an NPP parliamentarian revealed he will vote in his capacity as a member of parliament whiles he was representing the speaker of parliament.
The minority side of parliament (NDC) refused to comply with his decision to vote which later resulted in a brawl between the two parties.
