A man who was caught stealing goat in a locality has been forced to chew hot pepper after he was nabbed by inmates of the community.
A rope was tied against his neck and extended to also tie neck of the stolen goat as it lies down looking lifeless.
He was served with hot fresh pepper as dinner on the ground. Also he was surrounded by many people whiles he takes the unbearable punishment.
The Goat thief looked so stressful and disturbed as he was finding it very difficult to go accordingly to the punishment.
