The National Identification Authority (NIA) Ghana, has suspend all ongoing Ghana card registration in their offices, including those offices in Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and Registerer General Department (RGD).
According to NIA, suspension will take effect from Monday October 25th to Tuesday November 2nd 2021.
Suspension of Registration exercise is as a result of NIA preparing to send permanent staff to all offices across the nation.
Services affected include, Card collection, new membership registration and update of personal deta.

Ghana card is currently use for registration of new sim cards and replacement of old sim cards. As a result, there is more pressure at registration centers.
NIA entreat all Ghanaians to keep calm and comply with their decision which will take effect from Monday.
