A 50 year old coconut thief met his untimely death on Thursday, 16 December 2021 whiles on a serious mission. The man identified as Kwabena Tantantan fell from a coconut tree he was stealing from.
Reports received so far from Accra Based radio, Okay FM, Kwabena Tantantan is a well known thief who’s job is solely stealing coconut and selling to his customers.
As the saying goes, “Everyday for the thief man, one day for the owner”, Kwabena experience in climbing failed him on Thursday which landed him on a hard surface where he died instantly.
Whiles falling from the tree, Kwabena Tantantan landed in a gutter. Inmates revealed he could not utter a word after falling.
Speaking to Okay FM reporter, some Farmers from Salt-pond said they are not shocked after hearing Kwabena’s death, stating that, Kwabena has been a suspect but all they needed was an evidence to track him down.
