An angry young man who lost his cool uses dogs to chase away national electricity officials who came to disconnect his power from the main supply for unpaid bills.
Immediately the officials arrived, the angry young Nigerian man came out from his house with two dogs to fight the NEPA officials.
In the video, the NEPA officials could be seen moving backwards as the man approach them with the dangerous dogs in his hands.
He angrily shouted on the electricity officials who were already gripped with fear. Shortly after that, he moved few meters towards them and everyone scattered.
One of the NEPA officials took to his heels with one dog and some were also seen with heavy sticks in their hands ready to attack the dogs.
