In a press release, the Ghana Police is all set to arrest and jail any prophet who will give false prophecy coming 31st night of 2021.
According to the police, uttering false words, speech or prophecies meant to cause fear and panic to the public can lead to a 5-year jail term.
A statement release by the police indicates that, they will not tolerate or entertain any form of prophecies that will cause fear to the people of Ghana.
During the end of every year, it is always a competition between renowned prophets in Ghana. Everyone comes with different revelation from same God they have in common.
This has rendered some of their prophecies null, with no vivid prove. Most of their prophecies is meant to cause intense fear and panic to individuals.
Some prophecies include, death predictions, accidents and others. Years back, one Ghanaian prophet prophesized about the death of national chief Imam, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharabutu, but he is still alive and kicking.
