According to recent reports by Radio Tamale, the Vice President, Dr. Mahamud Bawumia home has been attacked by some alleged group of Mamprusi men.
From reports we received in the previous day, the group of people attacked his home over arrest of their kings men who went to Accra for a meeting.
In the video, people could be seen all over his compound raising their voices against the alleged arrest of their kings men.
In a post on Facebook by Radio Tamale, they wrote;
“Some group of Mamprusis resident in Accra allegedly attacked the home of Vice President Dr. Mahamud Bawumia over an alleged arrest of their kings men who went for a meeting in Accra”.
“According to reports messaged to Radio Tamale 91.7, by some members of the youth group, they believe “the vice president could have prevented the arrest or defended their chiefs and kings men but he failed to take any action”.
