Laura Osnes is an American musician and singer, born on November 19, 1985, she is well-known for her work on the Broadway stage.
Her notable performances include “Grease” as Sandy, Nellie Forbush in “South Pacific,” Hope Harcourt in “Anything Goes”, and Bonnie Parker in “Bonnie and Clyde”, for which she was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical.
She additionally played the lead in the Broadway production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella, for which she was nominated for a Drama Desk Award and a second Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical.

Laura Osnes is married to her longtime partner Nathan Johnson, he proposed to her in December 11, 2006 and they exchanged vows on May 11, 2007 to become husband and wife.
They have a dog named Lyla and live in Manhattan. Osnes served as a judge and mentor for the Songbook Academy in 2015, a summer program for high school students run by the Michael Feinstein’s Great American Songbook Foundation.

Since Laura Osnes and Nathan Johnsons’s marriage in May 11, 2007, the couples never had children, they have been together for over a decade but there is no sign of pregnancy till now.
Osnes is a self-professed Christian who was born in Burnsville, Minnesota, she was raised in the nearby neighbourhood of Eagan, Minnesota. Her first acting role was as a munchkin in The Wizard of Oz when she was in second grade.
She was a student at Eagan High, Osnes spent one year majoring in musical theatre at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point before leaving to pursue a professional career.
She returned to Minneapolis in 2005 and 2006 to work as an acting apprentice at the Children’s Theatre Company.
She also performed at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatres, the country’s largest dinner theater, playing the lead role of Sandy in Grease. Her run, however, was cut short when she was chosen to compete in the nationally broadcast Broadway talent competition.
