Brandon Clarke born September 19, 1996 is a professional basketball player for the Memphis Grizzlies of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
Brandon Clarke is of Canadian and American ancestry. He played basketball for the San Jose State Spartans and Gonzaga Bulldogs throughout his time in college.
With the 21st overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, he was chosen by the Oklahoma City Thunder before being traded to the Memphis Grizzlies. He was chosen for the NBA All-Rookie First Team in 2020.
Clarke was born to a Canadian mother and a Jamaican father in Vancouver, British Columbia. Clarke holds dual citizenship in both the U.S. and Canada.
His parents relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, when he was three years old. He went to Phoenix’s Desert Vista High School.
The Arizona Republic recognized him as an All-Arizona Division 1 honoree after he guided Desert Vista to the cup final in 2015.

When Brandon was still very young, they divorced. From there, Triplett moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where he later remarried. The name of Brandon’s stepfather is Bryan Triplett.
Whitney runs a yoga studio business in California and is a licensed nurse.
